靈芝孢子和抗性淀粉對糖尿病大鼠糖脂代謝及氧化應激的協同干預

本實驗用(yong)鏈(lian)脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)誘(you)導(dao) 建立糖(tang)尿病(bing)大鼠(shu)模(mo)型,分(fen)別選用(yong)靈(ling)芝(zhi)(zhi)孢子(zi)粉、抗(kang)性(xing)淀(dian)粉和用(yong)經過微包埋技(ji)術制(zhi)備的抗(kang)性(xing)淀(dian)粉和靈(ling)芝(zhi)(zhi)孢子(zi)粉的復合物作為(wei)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)對(dui)象,觀察其對(dui)糖(tang)尿病(bing)大鼠(shu)血糖(tang)、血脂代(dai)謝,抗(kang)氧化應激(ji)等方(fang)面的影(ying)響,探討其可能機制(zhi),目(mu)前雖然有部(bu)分(fen)關(guan)于靈(ling)芝(zhi)(zhi)孢子(zi)粉和抗(kang)性(xing)淀(dian)粉對(dui)血糖(tang)、血脂影(ying)響的研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)報道[8-11],但兩者對(dui)Ⅱ型糖(tang)尿病(bing)大鼠(shu)代(dai)謝營養的協同(tong)干預研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)尚未見報道。
